Claim Status - track your claim

To report a new claim call 800.333.2860. Use the contact information below to speak with someone about an existing claim.

All claims are reported at 1-800-333-2860. The Claims Support Operators will take your information and input it into the computer.

We have Claims Support Operators on duty from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CST/CDT Monday through Friday. We have Claims Support Operators on duty Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Due to the volume of calls, there may be times when a you will be connected to our voice messaging system. You will be asked to leave your name, a phone number where you can be reached (must include area code), and your policy number. The Claims Support Operators will return your call as soon as possible.

ANPAC has a service which answers the telephone for the times shown below. The services is instructed to take information regarding new claims, existing claims, policy records, etc. This information is faxed to us the NEXT working day. We input the claim on the day the information is faxed to us.

Outside Service Hours:

Monday - Thursday 8:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Friday - Saturday 8:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.

Saturday - Sunday 5:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. (Sunday afternoon)

Sunday - Monday 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

As indicated previously, Claims Support Operators take the calls the remainder of the time with the following schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Sunday 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
